Training as an investment

The purpose of each company is to be competitive, highly effective and profitable. This major purpose is constantly executed by people who work in this same company. The answer of the questions whether and when will this purpose be fulfilled, depend on the levels of competence of these employees.

Good employees come on time to work and find ways to manage their duties. Efficient professionals, on the other hand, are the ones who lead away and keep the business on leadership positions. In order an employee to become a professional, usually, what is required is motivation, time and trainings. The trainings are the investment that a business should make to achieve work flow efficiency, implementation of good practices and long-term employment.

Sophie Taeuber-Arp 1889 -1943 on the banknote of 50 Swiss Francs

Swiss Francs

The Swiss Francs are remarkable with two major features (apart from their historic stability as currency): - all the portraits are positioned longitudinally on the banknote; - there has never been a portrait of an economist or politician on Swiss Francs. Sophie Taeuber-Arp is one of the few women who has had her portrait printed on banknotes. The Swiss artist and sculpturer, a representative of the movement Dadaism and one of the most notable abstract artists of the 20th century. Her creative work is characterized with synthesis of fine and applied art, combined with complex geometrical abstractions. On the back of the banknote is one of her most famous works - Dadaheads: a sculpture made by polychrome wood and wool, a portrait of her future husband. She has lived long years in Paris and today an enormous part of her works could be seen in the Museum of Modern Art in Chicago and in the Museum of Fine Art sin Houston.
