Training as an investment

The purpose of each company is to be competitive, highly effective and profitable. This major purpose is constantly executed by people who work in this same company. The answer of the questions whether and when will this purpose be fulfilled, depend on the levels of competence of these employees.

Good employees come on time to work and find ways to manage their duties. Efficient professionals, on the other hand, are the ones who lead away and keep the business on leadership positions. In order an employee to become a professional, usually, what is required is motivation, time and trainings. The trainings are the investment that a business should make to achieve work flow efficiency, implementation of good practices and long-term employment.

Kazimierz Wielki/ King Casimir the Great 1310 – 1370 on the banknote of 50 Polish zloty

Polish zloty

One of the features of the Polish zloty is that the portraits on them are most often portraits of monarchs who have ruled the country between X and XVI century. On the banknote of 50 zloty is the portrait of King Casimir the Great who has made reforms and united the Polish state. Throughout his governance, the territory of Poland has doubled with the assistance of a number of annexations and accessions. Casimir has strengthened the state apparatus and has introduced a unitary monetary system by coining the so called Krakow groshes. With a Royal Decree in 1364 the Krakow University was established. This is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities up to this day.
