Training as an investment

The purpose of each company is to be competitive, highly effective and profitable. This major purpose is constantly executed by people who work in this same company. The answer of the questions whether and when will this purpose be fulfilled, depend on the levels of competence of these employees.

Good employees come on time to work and find ways to manage their duties. Efficient professionals, on the other hand, are the ones who lead away and keep the business on leadership positions. In order an employee to become a professional, usually, what is required is motivation, time and trainings. The trainings are the investment that a business should make to achieve work flow efficiency, implementation of good practices and long-term employment.

Why choose the Neocollect's trainings?

  • because the trainings are not developed by lecturers, but by specialists with a longstanding practical experience in the area of debt collection and debt recovery management.
  • because the people who conduct the trainings are engaged in debt collection from companies and individuals so they can answer any question and give advice for every situation.
  • because the taught skills are easily applied and have quick and visible effect.

Jan Amos Komensky 1592 – 1670 on the banknote of 200 Czech Crown/koruna

Czech Crown

The researchers regard Jan Amos Komensky as a founder of contemporary pedagogy. He graduated in the University of Heidelberg. He has lived and worked in the Czech Republic, Poland and United Kingdome where he becomes the first president of Harvard University. Throughout his life he has written more than 40 pedagogical works and has created the world’s first illustrated textbook. His ideas are too innovative for that time so they were all realized three centuries later: the democratization of education, professional orientation of the 14-year-olds, material assistance for the poor students and education of the retarded. Nowadays, UNESCO awards with a medal the name of Komensky. This award is one of the most prestigious international honors in the field of educational technologies. Also The School Education program of the European Union for collaboration among schools is named after Comenius (the Latinized name of Komensky).
